The clinic’s website revolves around Zoom Video Communications and sets itself up with an innovative concept. People who want to consult with Barbash, See, or Larsen simply go to the site, visit its virtual front desk, and set up a meeting. The team has a virtual Zoom meeting room to speed up the process of getting face time with doctors and patients. Dr. Barbash explained, “We have created a framework where people can just click and arrange meetings through the site.”

Their decision to use Zoom was motivated by a need to establish a very efficient and time-saving workflow model for video conferencing. They wanted to get face-to-face without any bells and whistles getting in the way of a meeting. “We decided to use Zoom because at the moment someone says, ‘Hey, I need to meet,’ there can’t be technological issues to deal with,” said Dr. Barbash. “We have found Zoom to be a phenomenal product in this regard.”
