Zoom has done it again, achieving ridiculously high NPS marks which has elevated our position to an even greater video conferencing industry score. Perhaps even more remarkable is that this was done at-scale with tens-of-thousands more customers since our last NPS evaluation.
Essentially a customer happiness barometer – Net Promoter Score measures customer satisfaction by determining what percentage of a company’s customers would recommend their service to a friend or colleague. This percentage is then turned into a number from -100 to +100.
Zoom’s latest NPS result = a ridiculously high score of 69! This beats our industry competitors in a big way. According to results published, competitive NPS scores range from 19 to 48 for other SaaS companies. Nearly all Zoom converts had been using older legacy solutions, many times trying 3 or more solutions before finding Zoom.
