The Results Are In: Our 2022 Zoom Partner Perspectives Survey

Our teams at Zoom have been hard at work developing the Zoom Up Partner Program to help partners further deepen their knowledge about the Zoom platform, expand their reach, and meet the needs of customers through the delivery of industry-leading programs and products. 

We recently received the results of our 2022 Zoom Partner Perspectives Survey, which gathered insights from 370 partner companies, and we are thrilled at the responses we received from over 600 individuals across the globe. 

Here are some of the highlights from the survey:

Partners expect sales to increase 

According to our survey, more than 40% of respondents see Zoom revenue volumes increasing over the next year. This provides partner companies with a unique opportunity to enhance their revenue stream and provide their customers with the enterprise-grade solutions they need to succeed in a hybrid workforce. Our survey also revealed a 19% increase in our partners’ confidence around Zoom Phone, meaning there’s even more opportunity to provide customers with effective workspace solutions. 

We are committed to our partners

At Zoom, we’re always coming up with new ways to delight and surprise our partners and customers. In the past year, our Net Promoter Score grew by 12 points to a score of 83, and we earned a 4 out of 5 partner satisfaction rating. We’re also ensuring our partners have the information and resources they need to enhance their sales — our partners gave us a 4.3 out of 5 rating for our Zoom partner training offerings!

Taking action for continuous improvement

By taking proactive steps such as actively sharing our partners’ voices with Zoom employees, using partner feedback to validate or align our roadmap, and issuing follow-up surveys to measure our progress, we’re committed to further developing our partner program and providing the resources our partners need to succeed. We’re also focusing on the following areas to better deliver our program: 

  • Alignments between partners and Zoom Sales
  • Technical support
  • Ease of doing business
