Zoom’s 5 Things to See While at InteropNY
We’re looking forward to exhibiting at this year’s Interop New York at the Javits Center in Manhattan, Oct. 1-3 (expo is Oct. 2-3). In anticipation, we’ve put together a list of the top 5 things to see and do while you’re at Interop this week:
There are many interesting speaker sessions you can see at Interop NY this year. Here are a couple that we’re particularly looking forward to:
- Mobility Meets Medicine Healthcare IT Roundtable focuses on improving patient care and experiences while lowering costs through mobility.
- The Role of the Cloud in Transforming IT looks at the cloud as the future basis of IT systems.
- New Opportunities for Mobility CIO/CTO Roundtable features leading IT professionals giving advice on mobility solutions for the financial services industry.
Zoom will be co-exhibiting with AVer Information Inc. in booth #605. We’ll be demoing our cloud HD meeting platform with AVer’s sub-$1000 EVC100 endpoint, a combination that brings affordable, interoperable video conferencing to large corporations, SMBs and universities. Stop by and say “Hi!”
3. Get some culture
You can’t spend all your time working! After Interop wraps up, stay in the city a couple extra days to catch the New Yorker Festival, where writers and editors from the magazine interview celebrities, authors, musicians and comedians.
Also, catch a movie…I mean, a film. The 51st New York Film Festival is September 27 – October 13 all over the city. There are films, speakers and concerts.
Zoom’s technology partner Vaddio will exhibit right across from us in booth #611. Vaddio is demoing GroupSTATION, which allows you to use any app for any situation. Stream a training video from YouTube. Share a PowerPoint presentation. Start a Zoom meeting. GroupSTATION is the only device that allows compatibility with any software on any tablet or computer.
5. And finally, unwind with a beer or three
The Radegast Hall Biergarten & Oktoberfest is September 17 – October 5, so slip on your lederhosen and head over to 113 North 3rd Street in Williamsburg (that’s in Brooklyn for you out-of-towners).
