How ElectrifAi Showcases the Power of Artificial Intelligence Using Zoom

After a rebranding in July 2019, ElectrifAi needed a way to increase recognition of its new brand among its customer base while actively demonstrating the value and ease of use of its products.
“I think one of our biggest challenges, after we rebranded, was reaching our clients in an efficient and timely manner to let them know of the change and our new products,” said Maria Ortiz, ElectrifAi’s head of marketing. “We needed to quickly build awareness of our new brand and at the same time show our clients our new suite of products.”
With the recent outbreak of COVID-19, ElectrifAi was faced with another challenge – keeping its tight-knit office culture alive. After quickly transitioning its workforce to a work-from-home environment, ElectrifAi needed a way to recreate the connections and communication that is inherent in face-to-face meetings and maintain the strong connections between team members that make up successful teams.
In response to these challenges, ElectrifAi’s team implemented Zoom, which allowed them to spread the word about their product through the use of webinars and stay in touch with co-workers and customers with an intuitive digital meeting environment during the COVID-19 outbreak.
“Having that open line of communication with our customers and having a means of showing them what we’re doing, through a meeting or through a demo, allows us to actually engage with the customer,” Ortiz said. “That live collaboration is really valuable and wouldn’t happen if we just sent them a recorded demo.”
“Zoom has been a great tool for us just to stay connected globally. We’ve been doing daily stand up calls at 10 a.m. every day to stay in touch,” Ortiz added. “We’ve also been holding them on weekends, just to keep that office culture alive.”
