Supercharge Sales and Marketing Productivity with Zoom for Salesforce Pardot

You might have heard of this little company called Salesforce? They’re just the global leader in CRM. We’ve long had integrations with Salesforce, but starting earlier this year we made it a priority to build deeper, more frictionless workflows between our platform and Salesforce to help sales and marketing teams everywhere get more done and speed their sales cycles.

What We Have Today

Our existing integration with Salesforce, available on Salesforce AppExchange, the world’s leading enterprise cloud marketplace, provides the option for users to start or schedule their Zoom meetings from within the Salesforce interface. In your Salesforce Calendar Event, you can easily “Make it a Zoom Meeting” and track these meetings in your Activity History. The meeting is saved as a record in the related Salesforce contact. This way, sales reps can book and host meetings with their prospects and customers all from within their Salesforce workflows, simplifying and speeding up their sales cycles.

What’s New

We are proud to announce a brand new integration that deepens our partnership with Salesforce that provides a simple communication experience for our users: Zoom for Pardot.

Pardot is the Salesforce B2B marketing automation platform. We’re big fans of Pardot – it’s been our automation platform for the past four years – so it was a no-brainer to enhance our current Pardot integration.

Available now, we have developed a native, simple, and efficient integration that allows a bi-directional data sync between Pardot and Zoom. Pardot users can create and manage their lists in Pardot and connect them to Zoom Webinars.

Once they do this, information about webinar registrants, attendees, and absentees are automatically shared between the two platforms. This is a native experience, which means the integration doesn’t require any nasty form handler URLs! This simplifies your setup experience and makes it easier to coordinate engagement to accounts leads with Pardot and Zoom!

“Webinars are such an important part of the B2B sales and marketing journey, and Zoom provides powerful technology for delivering these to your key accounts. Bringing the power of what they do together with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot enables our customers to orchestrate and coordinate rich webinars alongside other engagement activities.,” said Liam Doyle, SVP of Product Management for Salesforce Pardot.
