American Handwriting Analysis Foundation Conference

A notice on AHAF’s Facebook page encouraging attendance via Zoom

Also, last week Nick Chong, our Head of Product Marketing, ventured down to Oxnard, on the Southern California coast for the 2013 American Handwriting Analysis Foundation Annual Conference. Zoom was the technology sponsor for this event, meaning we live broadcasted the speakers, provided free accounts for participants, and offered “Zoom Rooms” for speakers to meet with interested attendees after presentations.

What a conference! We learned a lot about the human mind and the field of graphology. Our favorite presentations were:

Conference attendees enjoying Dr. Binkley’s presentation.

  • Roger Rubin, who explored male identity as expressed through handwriting in his presentation “What Do Men Want?”
  • Dr. Todd Binkley, who discussed our handwriting’s connection to our brains during his presentation “The Physiology of Handwriting Production.”

Sponsoring this conference builds on our long-term relationship with the AHAF. See our case study about Sheila Lowe, the President of AHAF, and the Campaign for Cursive, who together are using Zoom to restore the art of cursive.
