“Originally, we were using a Zoom competitor for both video conferencing and our phone solution. But they were always a bit late to update their technology, and we needed them to more aggressively provide those updates.”
“All of our employees have cell phones. With our previous provider, we were paying for their desk phones and also employee mobile devices, but there was no need to have both. It just didn’t make sense from a budgetary standpoint.”

“Zoom integrates with all of our applications — Slack, Zendesk, etc. It even has a Google Chrome extension and integrates with Gmail. The functionality and usability of the platform really makes the user experience seamless.”
