Today Zoom announced that our founder and CEO, Eric S. Yuan, has won a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award honoring the Top CEOs in 2018. Yuan is the #1 CEO of a large company on Glassdoor, with 99% employee approval. Zoom has a 4.9/5 star approval rating and 96% positive employee recommendations on Glassdoor.

Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites, released its annual report recognizing the top CEOs, which highlights leaders employees most love working for in companies throughout North America and parts of Europe. Among the chief executives recognized by employees in the U.S., Yuan received the top approval rating based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews that Zoom employees shared on Glassdoor throughout the past year.

When employees submit reviews about their company on Glassdoor, they are asked to rate various factors about their employment experience, including their senior management and CEO. Among the 770,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor, the average CEO approval rating is 69 percent.
